What kind of content do you create and why do you enjoy it?
The content I create can honestly range anywhere from my dog Bronco to my daughter Lyla, what it's like being a new first time mum, to health and fitness which is my biggest passion.
I absolutely love creating health and fitness content because I know that with every post, I have the potential to help at least one person out there.
Where does your passion for fitness and health come from?
My passion for health and fitness definitely comes from how it improves my confidence. By working out in the gym a few times a week, and also making sure that I nourish my body. I have seen my confidence grow. It's also impacted every area of my life!
What are some common misconceptions about nutrition?
One of the biggest misconceptions about nutrition would definitely be that people think they have to cut out all the foods that they love, or be extreme and really restrictive. In reality, you can actually eat a wide variety of foods that you love and still get results.

Congratulations on the arrival of baby Lila earlier this year! What's one way your life has
completely changed since having a bubba?
Being a mum has definitely changed my life in many ways. As a first time mum this year, one of the biggest lessons that I have learned is how important sleep is of course and how important time management is.
I am a working mum so I need to make sure that I am onto it every moment that I get so that I can be a present mum and also get the work that I need to done in the time that I have (which sometimes is very short).
You've kept up with exercise, content and more while being a busy new mum – what's been the most rewarding part of your pregnancy journey so far?
Keeping up with exercise content, running my Fit With Anjuli coaching business and everything else has definitely not been easy.
One of the most rewarding things of being Lila's mum is definitely just being there for her and seeing all her little milestones. I swear her little laugh just melts my heart!
What else fills your cup when life gets overwhelming?
Let's be honest. Doing all these things from running a business to being a mum, a dog mum, a wife and trying to keep up with content is challenging.
It can be overwhelming at times, but there are so many things that I do that for my cup, including eating nourishing foods, working out, playing outside with my dog Bronco, going on family walks – all these things just light me up!
What’s your best advice for aspiring content creators?
My advice to any aspiring content creators is to not overthink it.
I started my journey by propping my phone up against a drink bottle in the gym. Simple as that. And here I am over ten years later! It has literally changed my life.
Don't overthink it. Just hit post and share your journey with the world.
