What kind of content do you create and why do you enjoy it?
The type of content I create is all my favourite things. Food, fashion, funny videos… and why do I create it? Because those are my core pillars of me haha, I am made up of food, fashion, and funny videos.
Tell us about your acting ventures! Where does your passion for acting come from and what makes it so fun for you?
My passion for acting came from a very young age. From when I was about five, I used to watch all the soaps – Shortland Street, Coronation Street, Home and Away – and I would ride home after school and plant myself in front of the television. I said “I'm going to do that one day”, and I am doing it, which is pretty cool.
But it's been a long road. With acting, it's like a roller coaster and it's little bits and pieces. Honestly, every time you get a job, it's like winning the lottery. It's just the best feeling. And to be on set, it's just so cool.
Tell us about your Meal Monday’s series! What makes a dish a 10/10?
Okay, my Meal Monday series is about me... on a Monday... cooking some meals!
It's about cooking food that is quite easy and accessible to everyone that they could watch and go, “oh, I could try that!”
My food is not about being too fancy, it's just about flavour and making things tasty and easy, you know?

You also share your own recipes online, where do you find inspiration for these?
I find inspiration for my recipes in my bookshelf of about 20 cookbooks. I love cookbooks, I had to put myself on a cookbook ban because I was just collecting too many from the second hand stores.
I grew up watching Nigella Lawson, Nigel Slater, and Jamie Oliver too so my recipes are just a mix of all the flavours and cuisines I like. I'm a big fan of Asian cuisine!
We see you with the fit checks! How would you describe your fashion sense?
If you can't tell, I love fashion. My fit checks are all about having fun. Looking at the trends and what's happening. But then asking, how do I work my own wardrobe into that?
If there's a piece that's trending, I don't like to purchase it. Instead, I find a different version of that trendy item. I find that stays relevant a lot longer!
I've got pieces of my wardrobe that I've had for years and years and they always come back in and out. I don't like to jump on a train too much!
How do you balance the busy life of an actor, along with content creation and time for yourself? What fills your cup?
That's a good question. If you know the answer or if you know how to do it, can you let me know? Because honestly, when I'm acting, it can be all consuming and I find it really hard to find time to cook, which makes me a bit sad. I'm always finding time to eat though, so that's good.
I find if I'm not acting, I need to fill my cup in other ways with creative things, whether it's painting or watching TV or putting outfits together. That’s right up my alley!
