What kind of content do you create and why do you enjoy it?
My content generally sits in either the lifestyle or fitness genre, but honestly, there's a bit of everything thrown in there!
I see my social media as an extension of who I am and share my life online in hopes that it makes everybody feel like a somebody. It’s also a place for me to break down some of those barriers to make this world seem just a little bit more human.
What does fitness mean to you beyond just working out?
To me, fitness is about so much more than working out. Honestly, it's about being confident and capable in who I am as a person.
Working out is something that really helped me to find myself again in my early 20s and build a lot of confidence. But to me, it's about so much more than what I look like physically.
It's about being able to take on anything that life throws at me, whether that be a mental or physical challenge. I know that when I'm confident and capable of myself – when I feel fit, then I'm at my best.
How do you stay consistent with exercise and life in general when you’re feeling low? How do you pick yourself back up to keep moving forward?
My ability to stay consistent, even on my low days, comes from the value I place on consistency. It's something that I take pride in believing that I am myself.
I’m consistent in how I show up for myself and consistent with how I show up more for my people. When you look at that, it becomes less about the motivation or the want or the desire to do something, and more about “who do I want to be tomorrow?”
I want to be someone who is consistent. I want to be someone who shows up for myself. That's what really drives me on those days, especially when I don't feel like doing it.

You shared your #30by30 journey, what lead you to this and how did it change your perspective on life?
The reason I began this challenge actually stemmed from this moment I had in a hospital bed in late 2024. I had a massive scare with my heart, and I took a moment to realise that if my life had ended that night, I wouldn't have been happy with how I've been living.
So, I decided just to embrace life fully. I made a list of 30 things I’ve always wanted to do but never made time for. I prioritised living my life and enjoying it to the fullest. Honestly, it was because I didn't want to get 20 years down the track and look back and regret my life, or regret a life not lived.
The #30by30 challenge fully changed my perspective on how I live life. It's one of the best things I've ever done.
What advice would you give to someone who is scared but wants to give solo travelling a go?
My advice to anyone wanting to give solo traveling and go is to do it, do it, do it! Book the ticket, get out there and see the world!
Honestly, there's so much more out there than the little bubble that you're living in. People are a lot nicer than you think and the world is not as crazy as you think!
Get out there and embrace the culture, embrace the people as best as you can.
What inspires you to be vulnerable online and share both your highs and lows?
People don't need another person they can look at and go, “wow, their life is amazing”. People want to see real, genuine, authentic people. More than anything, I'm just a regular guy trying to figure this life out.
If there's something I can learn or a lesson that I can pass on that's going to encourage someone or help them realise that they’re not alone – that's all I really want from this whole social media thing.
